Wrong size? One free exchange.
If the size isn’t right, email me within 14 days of delivery and I’ll send the same item in a different size at no charge. One free size exchange per order.
Anything else: store credit within 14 days.
If it isn’t a size issue and you’d like to return it, email me within 14 days of delivery. Once it’s on its way back, I’ll issue store credit for the full price of the item. Return shipping is on you, and I’ll send instructions.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item? Replaced free.
Email me a photo within 14 days of delivery and I’ll send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship anything back.
Changed your mind right after ordering?
Every piece is made to order, so I can’t guarantee a cancellation once payment goes through. Email me within a few hours of ordering and I’ll do what I can. After that, the options above apply.
